Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil,arlic, andinger. Mix well and set aside for at least 10 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in the wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the wok and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the mushrooms to the wok and cook until softened.

Combine all ingredients in the wok and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Serve over rice or noodles.
